I am left handed & my job requires a lot of writing in neat small print. These pens work excellent and are smooth on paper. It's less stress on the hand when it rolls smoothly and quickly across the paper. There were no smears when writing and it wrote perfectly in any direction which is often a problem when you're left handed. I prefer black ink but ended up liking these because all my entries stand out against the black print, making it easier to verify that I made all the correct notations. Try them and you'll see they work great and were cheaper here vs that large online retailer.
