Charged but not received

Unable to comment on pens because they were not received, though I was charged for them. Customer service ignoring my requests for information/replacement. Will not be buying from this site again.

Great!

Size of Pen

I originally had a Parker Sky Blue ballpoint pen from probably 20 years ago. Unfortunately, after purchasing two refills, I lost it!!! I was so sad over that loss. It was a vintage pen I had forgotten about and decided to use it. I was so happy to see I could purchase that same pen. Well , I did receive the pen with the exact same color and style, to see the size of the pen!!! It was at least 2 inches smaller!!!! I thought I was purchasing the same pen. I will say it was packaged nicely. So disappointed…

Pen won't work

I got the pen and was very excited to use it, only for the tip to be chunky like it had been ruined. When I tried using it, the chunks came off, but the pen barely worked, almost no ink came out. I left it to sit tip down for a few days hoping the ink would flow, but there was no change. This was very disappointing, as I paid specifically for this 1 color, more than the average paper mate would cost.

I received the Cross pen refills in a timely manner and I was very pleased that the refills were in excellent condition. Thanks!
