The Cross pen refills arrived in good shape not long after ordering and were authentic Cross brand. They were very well-packaged, and very welcome after months of not being able to find Cross refills anywhere. A substitute, non-Cross brand that said their refills fit Cross pens barely fit, skipped, and dispensed ink unevenly if at all. I was hesitant to buy from the lowest-priced vendor, but I'm glad I did because all went well. I would definitely buy from Pens and Pencils dot Net again.
